안녕하세요. 대학원생여러분,

제4대대학원총학생회입니다.

대학원총학생회에서대학원생들을대상으로‘포스텍대학원생 권리 및의무 장전 제정’ 에대한 공청회를 다음과 같이 개최하고자합니다.

저희대학원총학생회는 2012년에 대학원생의 권리증진을 목적으로 처음 조직되었으며, 매년‘대학원생 연구환경 실태조사’를진행하며포스텍대학원생들의연구환경개선과권리보호에대한관심을가져왔습니다. 이번에 마련한 ‘대학원생권리및의무장전’은 법력효력을 가지는 것은 아니나 이를 선언함으로써 학생들의인권의식을높이고추후제도적기반을세우기위해필요한과정이라생각해‘포스텍 대학원생 권리 및 의무장전’을준비하였습니다.

작년 10월, 대통령직속청년위원회와여러대학의대학원총학생회가공동으로주최한‘대학원생 연구환경 실태조사 결과발표 및 권리장전 선언식’에참여하였으며, 올해에는 대학원총학생회 주관으로포스텍실정에맞는권리및의무장전을준비했고학교와도꾸준히협의를진행했습니다. 이런 노력이 마침내 결실을 맺어 선언식을 눈앞에 두고 있습니다

‘포스텍 대학원생 권리 및 의무장전’ 선언식을하기아울러학우여러분들의의견을한번더청취하는자리를마련하고자하오니바쁘시더라도부디참석하시어대학원생인권보호를위한첫걸음에도움이되어주시면감사하겠습니다.

Dear POSTECH graduate student.
This is 4th POSTECH graduate student association.

In order to confirm that human dignity, values, freedom, and rights declared in the constitution and laws of the Republic of Korea, international treaties that it has ratified, and other generally recognized international laws are respected within the POSTECH graduate school community, and to maintain the POSTECH graduate school as an intellectual community in which the human dignity is upheld by all members of POSTECH, we are planning to enact ‘The POSTECH Graduate Student Bill of Rights and Duties’ in the near future

Therefore we hold a public hearing for POSTECH Graduate Student Bill of Rights and Duties before enacting As follows.
