[Important!] Town Hall Meeting with the President

대학원총학생회에서 총장님–대학원생 타운홀 미팅에 모든 대학원생 여러분을 초대합니다.

📅 일시: 9월 3일(목) 오후 5시–6시
🍽️ 참석자분들을 위해 저녁 대용의 간단한 식사가 제공됩니다.

이번 타운홀 미팅은 앞서 진행한 사전 질문 및 의견조사를 통해 접수된 대학원생 여러분의 다양한 의견을 바탕으로 진행됩니다.

사전조사에서는
대학원생 인건비 및 TA 수당, 주차·셔틀버스 및 교통환경, 출장비·숙박비, Rest & Recharge 제도, 대학원 교과목과 학사제도, 연구환경 및 공용시설, 연구용 소프트웨어 지원, 해외교류·산학협력 등 대학원 생활과 연구환경 전반에 걸친 다양한 의견이 접수되었습니다.

간담회에서는 먼저 주요 사전질문에 대한 총장님 및 학교 측의 답변을 듣고,
이어서 현장에 참석한 대학원생 여러분과의 자유로운 질의응답을 진행할 예정입니다.

이번 자리는 단순히 질문에 대한 답변을 듣는 것을 넘어,
대학원생들이 학교의 주요 현안에 대해 직접 의견을 전달하고 학교와 함께 개선 방향을 논의할 수 있는 중요한 자리입니다.
많은 대학원생이 함께할수록 대학원생들이 학교의 정책과 미래에 얼마나 관심을 가지고 있는지,
그리고 우리의 의견이 얼마나 중요하게 다루어져야 하는지를 보여줄 수 있습니다.

대학원생 여러분께서 많이 참석하시어 다양한 의견을 나누고, 학교와 열린 대화를 만들어주시기를 바랍니다.

📢 Town Hall Meeting with the President

The POSTECH Graduate Student Association invites all graduate students to join the Town Hall Meeting with the President.

📅 Date & Time: Thursday, September 3, 5:00–6:00 PM
🍽️ A light meal will be provided for attendees.

The Town Hall will be based on the questions and suggestions submitted by graduate students through our recent pre-meeting survey.

Major topics raised include graduate student stipends and TA compensation, parking and campus transportation, travel and accommodation expenses, Rest & Recharge policies, graduate courses and academic policies, research environments and shared facilities, research software support, and international exchange and industry collaboration.

The meeting will begin with responses to the major questions submitted in advance, followed by an open Q&A session with graduate students in attendance.

This is an important opportunity for graduate students to directly share their views on issues affecting our research and campus life and to engage in an open discussion with the University about possible improvements. Strong participation also demonstrates how much graduate students care about the University and how important it is for graduate student voices to be reflected in its policies and future direction.

We encourage all graduate students to join us, share your perspectives, and take part in an open dialogue with the University.
