[2018][선거관리위원회] 2019년도 대학원 총학생회 선거/2019 Graduate Student Association Presidential Election

안녕하십니까.

2019년도 대학원총학생회 구성을 위해 대학원 총학생회장 선거를 관장하고 있는 선거관리위원회입니다.

총학생회장 투표 일정 및 방법에 대한 안내 드립니다.

투표는 2018년 12월 10일(월) ~ 12월 15일(토) 24시까지 온라인투표를 기본으로 진행됩니다.

(저번 공지들과 달리 48시간 이내의 선거 결과 공지를 위하여 하루 더 연장되었습니다. 양해해주시면 감사하겠습니다.)

투표 방법은 포스텍 메일에서 postechgsa1@gmail.com, postechgsa2@gmail.com, postechgsa3@gmail.com, 또는 postechgsa4@gmail.com으로 온 메일을 통해 하실 수 있습니다.

두 후보가 출마하였으므로, 학칙에 의거하여, "① 복수 후보시 당선은 유권자 15% 이상이 투표하였을 경우 최다득표를 한 경우이다.

② 복수 후보시 15%의 투표 정족수가 만족되지 않을 경우에는 3일의 기간 내에 1회에 한하여 투표일을 연장할 수 있다.

③ 복수 후보시 15% 투표에 복수의 동수 최다득표자가 발생했을 경우 선거관리위원회는 20일 이내에 복수의 동수 최대득표자들만을 포함한 재선거를 실시해야 한다."의 경우에 당선이 됩니다. 투표 정족수가 만족되지 않을 경우, 투표일이 연장될 수 있으므로, 많은 참여 부탁드립니다.

후보의 공약은 파일로 첨부하였습니다.

당선 결과는 회칙에 의거 투표 종료 후 48시간 이내로 공지하도록 하겠습니다.

Dear, Members of the Graduate Student Association.

During December 10th(Monday) ~ December 15th(Saturday), the election for the representative of GSA will be held.

(The voting date is postponed due to notification of the election result within 48 hours. Please excuse about this.)

You can participate the voting by the mail from postechgsa1@gmail.com, postechgsa2@gmail.com, postechgsa3@gmail.com, or postechgsa4@gmail.com in postech mail.

According to the bylaw of GSA, 1) when there are multiple candidates, the candidate, who is at the head of the poll, is elected if the total votes are over than 15 % participation of eligible members.

2) When there are multiple candidates, if the total votes are less than 15 % participation of eligible members, the voting date can be postponed within 3 days and only once.

3) When there are multiple candidates, if there are multiple candidates which are at the head of the poll, the Election Commission should conduct revoting only with the candidates which are at the head of the poll.

If we can't form a quorum, the voting date can be postponed so please participate the voting.

The result will be noticed in less than 48 hours from the closing.
