[2015]학생회비 납부 안내문 (Announcement of payment of Graduate Student Association fee)

안녕하십니까, 포스텍대학원 학우여러분.

저는제4대포스텍대학원총학생회장구태완입니다.

2015년 1학기. 우리 대학원총학생회는 대학원생들에게 보다 나은 연구, 생활 환경을 조성하기 위해 여러 가지 노력을 하였습니다.

먼저, 대학원생들의 인권 및 권리를 보장하기 위한 ‘포스텍 권리장전’을 기획하고 진행했습니다.현재 초안은 완성했으며,학교와 정부기관과 긴밀하게 논의 중에 있어 2학기에 발족할 수 있을 것으로 보입니다.

또한, 제 4회 대학원총학생회배 풋살대회를 성공적으로 진행하고 있습니다. 총 22개의 팀이 참가하였고, 현재 결승전과 3,4위전만 남겨둔 상태입니다. 그리고 POISS Sports에서 지원으로 스타킹, 풋살공, 휘슬을 지원받아 더욱 수월하게 대회를 진행할 수 있었습니다. 2학기에는 더 많은 학생들이 참여할 수 있도록 마라톤 대회와 배드민턴 대회를 기획하고 있습니다.

기존에 진행하던 사업과 더불어 올해 새롭게 기획한 ‘POSTECH 문화버스 사업’을 2회에 걸쳐 진행하였습니다. 처음 진행하는 사업이라 아직 먼 곳으로 가진 못하고 경주 벚꽃 축제와 해운대 모래축제를 다녀왔습니다. 2학기에는 더욱 다양한 축제를 다녀올 수 있게 노력하겠습니다.

마지막으로 학교에서 일어나는 이슈에 대해 조금 더 발 빠르게 대응하겠습니다.

이와 같이 대학원총학생회가 기획하는 많은 사업들은 여러분들이 납부하시는 학생회비로 운영됩니다. 이 학생회비는 우리학교의 대학원생들에게 더 나은 연구, 생활 환경과 권리를 증진시킨다는 목적에 부합하도록 사용됩니다.

2015년부터, 대학원 총학생회의 사업에 대해서는 학생회비 납부자(정회원)와, 미납자(준회원)에대한 차별을 두고자 합니다. 학생회비 납부 유무에 따른 차별은 학생회에서 기획하는 사업에 대해서만 해당되오니 오해 없으시길 바라겠습니다 (학생회비 납부 유무에 따른 의료공제 혜택 축소는 없습니다).

이에, 아직 학생회비를 납부하지 않아 앞으로 대학원총학생회에서 주최하는 사업에 참여하지 못하거나 많은 혜택을 받지 못할 경우가 생기는 걸 방지하기 위해 추가 납부할 수 있는 방안을 알려드리려고 합니다.

납부방법: 계좌이체, 1002-253-276088 (우리은행, 구태완)

납부액  : 15,000원 (2015-2학기분)

 또한 앞으로 남은 1학기! 모든 일을 즐기고, 웃으며 진행하는 본 회장을 도와 더 나은 포스텍을 만들고자 하는 열정적인 집행부원도 항시 모집하고 있습니다. 관심있는 학우분들은 언제든지 연락주시기 바랍니다.

앞으로도 교내/외 이슈에 발 빠르게 대응하고, 더욱 노력하는 포스텍 대학원총학생회가 되도록노력 하겠습니다. 이러한 대학원총학생회가 잘 유지될 수 있도록 후원해 주시면 진심으로 감사 드리겠습니다.

Dear, POSTECH graduate student

This is the 4th POSTECH graduate student president, Taewoan Koo.

I wish you are doing all well in 2015

POSTECH graduate student association (GSA) has been four years after launch. During that, GSA is to promote the need for us, build the system, and build foundation for a variety of activities for our students.

The biggest achievement was to abolish ‘Dormitory charge twice policy’. In 2013 the issue was raised, the achievement was accomplished by GAS’s unremitting efforts.

Keep activities so far in 2015, and GSA is planning a wider range of activities.

In policy areas, GAS will continue to make a request to review ‘Industry scholarship rental’ and return the freedom of choice to our students.

In welfare areas, GSA will provide the transportation way to our student reaching to the famous festival in KOREA through ‘POSTECH culture bus service’. Also, GAS will open the ‘Graduate student athletic festival’ containing futsal, badminton, and marathon.

In human right areas, GSA will ensure the rights of our graduate students through ‘POSTECH Bill of Rights’. It gives the students who receive unfair deal the evidence of how unfair and based on this being to create a new culture.

Since 2015, GSA will put discrimination against student who pay Student fees or not about GSA’s business.

For example, POSTECH culture bus service will be free to member of GSA but lay on transportation fees to associate member of GSA. Also, we will give priorities to member of GSA about Mentoring service and futsal fesitival.

Therefore, we will inform you of additional ways to pay student fees for protecting the case which student can not participate the business hosted by GSA because of associate member.

GSA will try to response to the issues in campus quickly. We will appreciate your support to be well be maintained.
